Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
You have the right to a full refund of the initial purchase price, including options until final signoff and acceptance of the finished design and installation.  Once site has been accepted, installation and design fees are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your service at any time, you may do so by sending an email to info@dmcarter.com with the term Cancellation in the subject.   Cancellation will become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.   Once cancelled, the monthly hosting fees will no longer be charged to you.
